Joseph K. Maina – Director of Strategy & Business Development
Joseph is a financial services and strategic planning specialist. He has worked in different roles in leading microfinance institutions and a commercial bank in Kenya. He also worked as a Manager/Research and Strategy in a public corporation in Kenya and later as a Regional Analyst at MIX (a Washington, DC based financial services data and analytics corporation) where he covered Anglophone Africa. Joseph has also had a short stint working with a global impact investor as an Investment Manager – Uganda & Anglophone West Africa.
He holds a degree in Economics from Moi University, MBA (Strategic Management) from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology and is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership Development at Pan Africa Christian University. He has several postgraduate qualifications in strategic planning and management and is an accredited Microfinance Trainer of Trainers with the Asian Development Bank Institute/Tokyo Development Learning Centre, World Bank. He has and continues to mentor young people across Kenya and beyond. Joe is married and has three children.

Joan Kawira Kimani
Joan is a Co-Founder and Director at JEYPENT. She brings in a rare blend of having worked in the corporate world as a marketer at one of the leading magazines’ publisher in Kenya, key financial services providers as well as an educator. Davis Muguimi – Lead Consultant, Communication, PR & Resource Mobilization
Davis Muguimi is a successful fundraiser with vast experience in Fundraising, Strategic Planning, PR and Communication. He has over 10 years’ experience in fundraising in NGOs, Universities and Business enterprises and also is skilled in supporting organizations in direct appeals, fundraising strategies and organizational development for capacity building and sustainability. Currently, a board member of two international NGOs; Transformational Church Leadership (TLAfrica Inc.) and Dignified Children International – DCI and acting Regional Fundraising consultant for the two. Davis is finalizing his MA in Organizational Development and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Moi University, Kenya.

Eric Kalai Ngie is an experienced financial services specialist. He has over ten years’ experience in the financial sector in Kenya. He has been a Branch Manager in a key commercial bank in Kenya and a Chief Operations Officer in a Credit – Only Microfinance Institution. He has excellent experience in Operations, Sales, Credit, Risk and Financial Analysis. In addition, Eric has excelled in staff recruitment, teams’ development and training, performance management and corporate leadership. Eric has a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree and CPS (K) and is pursuing CPA. He will be valuable in capacity and organizational development.

Faith Kosilbet – Human Capital Development Lead
Faith is a seasoned HR professional with almost 2 decade’s experience in Human Capital Development. She has worked with one of the leading banks in Kenya rising through the ranks to becoming the Manager, Human Resource and Administration.
Faith holds a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from Institute of Human Resource Management, a Certificate in Transformative Leadership for Growth at Daystar University, HR Planning and Talent Development at Kenya Institute of Bankers, Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Administration from USIU-Kenya and is currently pursuing Masters’ of Science degree in Human Resource Development at Moi University. Faith is a practicing member of IHRM.

Anthony P. Wachira

Grace N. Kimani is an experienced program coordinator and administration specialist. She has over five years of experience in project and program coordination in Kenya and Uganda. She has been a program coordinator and administrator in a community based organization in both countries. She has excellent experience in planning, budgeting, risk management, evaluation, training, capacity development, team building, resource mobilization and fundraising.
Grace N. Kimani has a Postgraduate diploma in project planning management coupled with a Bachelor’s degree in economics. She is valuable in capacity development, administration and project management.
Dr. Caroline Mwangi – Human Resource Specialist
Dr. Caroline Mwangi holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). She undertook her under-graduate at Kenyatta University (KU) in Bachelor of Arts.
She has many years of experience in Human Resource Management, having practiced in various public universities and having been in Human Resource Management consulting for diverse institutions.

June Julia Irungu – Projects Lead – Business & Capacity Development
June Julia Irungu is a graduate of Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), holding a Bachelor of Science in Public Management and Development. She has experience in strategic planning, business development and research; with proven skills in corporate communication and leadership.
Today, June Julia Irungu is the Projects Lead – Business and Capacity Development at JEYPENT Company Limited.
